This website is operated by BLUMETOWN. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BLUMETOWN. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
DELIVERY : Our delivery hours are between approximately 1:00pm and 5:00pm. If you require a specific time for delivery, please confirm this with one of our staff.
REFUNDS : We are unable to offer refunds for the following reasons
- Change of mind within 24 hours
- Incorrect delivery address provided
- Unable to deliver due to an issue outside our control
It is the senders responsibility to provide detailed and accurate delivery information. If you have made a mistake prior to delivery we are happy to amend your order. If your order has been delivered, a pickup and redelivery fee of $20 will be charged. If we are unable to leave the flowers or locate the recipient, the sender will be notified but no refund will be provided post delivery attempt.
FAULTY STOCK : If you think your item is faulty, please contact us via phone or email within 4 hours of receipt and provide photos of your concerns.
FLOWER QUALITY & SUBSTITUTES : Our flowers move with the seasons, this means we may not always be able to use the exact flowers in our photos. One thing we can guarantee is the design, style and size will always be consistent. We source fresh and locally grown flowers to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality stock.
