Refund policy

REFUNDS : We are unable to offer refunds for the following reasons

  • Change of mind within 24 hours
  • Incorrect delivery address provided
  • Unable to deliver due to an issue outside our control

If the recipient has been discharged from hospital, the bouquet will be returned to our studio. The sender or recipient will be contacted and we will attempt to redeliver when next possible for an additional $10 re-delivery fee.

If the recipient is no longer at work, at time of delivery, we will leave with a colleague if appropriate or we will return flowers to our studio to attempt delivery again the following day which will incur a $10 re-delivery fee.

It is the senders responsibility to provide detailed and accurate delivery information. If you have made a mistake prior to delivery we are happy to amend your order. If your order has been delivered, a pickup and re-delivery fee of $10 will be charged. If your order was beyond 10k from the studio the pickup & re delivery fee will be $20. If we are unable to leave the flowers or locate the recipient, the sender will be notified but no refund will be provided post delivery attempt.
